Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager - Agency - Kanpur

As a Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager/Business Development Manager, your primary objective will be to develop and manage the Individual Agency Channel (Motor/Health & Life) in the territory and support the existing partner base. Your responsibilities will include Agency Channel Development, which involves sourcing POS Agents according to the agreed mix and policy, coordinating with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing, conducting induction training, and maintaining the agreed mix of new and existing agents/POS. You will also need to develop and execute strategies to reach out to various market segments. In terms of Agency Channel Management, you will be responsible for monitoring agent performance, maintaining a high active percentage of POS, controlling attrition of POS agents, and ensuring high productivity of the team and POS. You will also need to manage the right level of channel engagement with the POS. Channel Servicing will involve reconciling partner accounts, coordinating with all departments for the same, and working towards profitability by understanding various market dynamics and providing feedback for improvement within the organization. You will also be responsible for managing loss ratios and ensuring compliance with external bodies and other authorities. Your role will also include managing cheque bounce recovery, business pendency, and other responsibilities as per the KPI and growth factors.
