Job Description

As a Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager/Business Development Manager, your main objective is to develop and manage the Individual Agency Channel (Motor/Health & Life) in the territory and support the existing partner base. Your responsibilities include Agency Channel Development such as sourcing POS Agents, coordinating with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing, conducting induction training, and ensuring a mix of new and existing agents/POS. You will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to reach various market segments. In terms of Agency Channel Management, you will monitor agent performance, maintain a high active percentage of POS, control attrition of POS Agents, and ensure high productivity levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for channel servicing, profitability management, compliance with external bodies and authorities, internal compliance, and managing cheque bounce recovery and business pendency. Your role will require experience in agency sales within the insurance sector. Other responsibilities will be assigned based on KPIs and growth factors. Overall, your role will be crucial in driving the growth and success of the Individual Agency Channel in the assigned territory.,
