Senior Sales Manager

1.Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – FMCD

2. Job Summary: Responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales teams, developing market strategies and expanding the company's distribution and dealer network to achieve business objectives.

3.Key Duties & Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.•Manage and expand dealer, distributor and channel partner networks.•Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets.•Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team.•Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.•Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.•Drive product visibility, brand positioning and market penetration.•Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance analysis.•Ensure achievement of revenue, volume and profitability targets.

4. Reporting Relationships:
Reports to: Regional Sales Head / National Sales Head.Supervises: Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Executives and Sales Representatives.

5. Tools & Equipment Used:
MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM software.Sales reporting and business analytics tools.ERP and sales management systems.

6. Working Conditions:
Field-oriented sales role.Regular market visits and dealer meetings.Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

7. Performance Standards (KPIs):
Achievement of sales and revenue targets.Dealer and distributor network expansion.Market share and territory growth.Customer acquisition and retention.Team productivity and performance.Collection efficiency and profitability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹76,000.00 per month
