About the Role We at BricknBolt are looking for results-oriented and driven sales folks to join our outside sales team to help us meet our customer acquisition and sales targets. Ultimately, an exceptional outside sales representative should demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities and Duties: Communicate with all current and potential customers regularly, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory Leads will be generated in-house and prefixed meetings will be assigned by our pre-sales team to the respective team members Identify and pursue sales leads, and prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages Data-centric approach and come up with smart & and efficient processes for amazing customer experience Developing sales strategies and following up on business leads and referrals Conducting presentations and product demonstrations What you should have: Minimum 1 - 5 years of experience Very high energy levels and do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals Experience and passion for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Past experience working in construction or real estate is a plus Willingness to learn and open to new challenges What do we offer?
