Goldsikka Limited is looking for dynamic, target-oriented and experienced sales professionals for its Centex Realty division. We are seeking candidates with a strong understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

1. Sales Executives

Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry: Real Estate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate potential leads through various channels.
• Connect with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
• Promote real estate projects, properties and investment opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits with prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update lead information.

Required Skills:

• Basic to good knowledge of the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales.

2. Sales Manager

Experience: 4–7 Years
Industry: Real Estate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and motivate the real estate sales team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors and channel partners.
• Monitor team performance, sales pipelines and conversion ratios.
• Conduct regular sales reviews and provide guidance to team members.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and revenue projections.
• Drive business growth and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property sales.
• Proven experience in managing and closing real estate deals.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sales teams and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong client relationship and business development capabilities.

General Requirements

• Candidates with relevant real estate industry experience are preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Hyderabad-based candidates preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real estate sales, property marketing and customer acquisition is essential.
• Candidates must be target-oriented and willing to work in a performance-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
