Role Overview – Sales Engineer /Regional Manager (SensorTech)
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Engineer to join our SensorTech division. You will be responsible for driving sales of our industrial sensor solutions including photoelectric, ultrasonic, inductive, and safety sensors. This is a field-focused role involving client interaction, application-based solution selling, and technical consultations with OEMs and automation partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell SensorTech products such as photoelectric sensors, ultrasonic sensors, inductive sensors, safety light curtains, and accessories
• Conduct on-site visits, demos, and technical discussions with clients
• Understand customer applications and recommend the right sensing solution
• Manage and grow business with OEMs, system integrators, and end-users
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, customer demands, and competitor activity
• Coordinate with the technical team to support solution implementation and troubleshooting
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, POCs, and project discussions

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 4 –14 years in technical/B2B sales, preferably in industrial sensors or factory automation
• Field Sales Exposure: Strong on-site sales experience with application knowledge
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of sensor technology, automation systems, and control panels
• Education: Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechatronics
• Skills: Good communication, client interaction, and solution-selling abilities
• Availability: Immediate joiners or those with a notice period of 30 days or less are preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
