Senior Sales Engineer

About the role
Full-time Senior Sales Engineer providing technical leadership throughout the pre-sales cycle for large enterprise accounts. Partner with account executives and technical stakeholders as a trusted advisor to design integrated data management, backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, solution design and product demonstrations for enterprise prospects and customers.- Assess customer infrastructure, identify operational bottlenecks and architect integrated data management and storage solutions.- Provide expertise in distributed architectures, enterprise file systems, SAN storage and cloud data management platforms such as Rubrik and competing offerings.- Present technical capabilities and business value to technical teams, IT directors and C-level executives.- Qualify opportunities against technical fit, customer technology stacks, competition, decision criteria and budget alignment.- Collaborate with sales teams, channel partners and customer champions to advance opportunities.

Requirements
- 7–10+ years of sales engineering, solutions architecture or enterprise-facing technical consulting experience in software, data centre or cloud environments.- Strong knowledge of cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, distributed file systems, SAN/NAS storage and data analytics.- Ability to build credibility with engineering teams and explain ROI and risk mitigation to C-level executives.- Self-starter with high energy, able to manage multiple demonstrations, customer calls and prompt technical follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
