We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Leverage expertise in integration technologies ( SOAP and REST APIs ) to create seamless connections between Salesforce and third-party applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain Aura components and other custom solutions to enhance the Salesforce platform. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members, fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Make informed decisions and solve complex problems to drive project success and ensure effective project outcomes. Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and solutions. Qualifications: Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development. Strong proficiency in integration technologies, including SOAP and REST APIs. Solid understanding of Aura components and Salesforce platform best practices. Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as a strong individual contributor while also effectively managing and leading teams. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a focus on ensuring successful project delivery. Relevant Salesforce certifications ( Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II ) are required. Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
