Job Description

As an IAM Administrator at EY, your role will involve providing support and enhancements for IAM engagements, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and maintaining high standards of quality deliverables. You will be responsible for Level 2 and Level 3 support for IAM systems, managing Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem management processes, and supporting IGA tool integration with critical applications and infrastructure. Your responsibilities will also include resolving technical issues, collaborating with stakeholder teams, and performing Root Cause Analysis to avoid errors. Additionally, you will be involved in onboarding application and platform users, monitoring IAM platform components, and providing support to end users. Key Requirements / Responsibilities: - Experience in working on IAM engagements with SailPoint IIQ or SailPoint IDN - Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support within agreed service levels - Implement and manage Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem management processes - Support IGA tool integration with critical applications - Resolve technical issues through debugging and investigation - Familiarity with User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Auditing, Reporting, Access Certification, and SOD - Proficiency in Java/J2EE and SQL - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment - Troubleshoot and maintain user onboarding workflows - Perform Root Cause Analysis and suggest solutions - Support application onboarding and IAM platform users - Work on day-to-day health checks, incident support, e-mail support, tool upgrades, and monitoring systems - Experience with IGA integrations, connectors, custom integrations, and application patterns Qualifications: Education: - Bachelor's Degree required Skills Expertise: - Good soft skills in verbal & written communication and technical document writing - Experience working in remote teams on a global scale - Customer orientation skills - Scripting knowledge Work Requirements: - Willingness to travel as required - Willingness to be on call support engineer and work occasional overtime - Willingness to work in shifts as required Join EY to build a better working world, where diverse teams across over 150 countries help clients grow, transform, and operate through assurance, consulting, law, strategy, tax, and transactions.,
