Job Description

Fortis Memorial Research Institute is looking for Anaesthetists for our General Anaesthesia Department & Neuroanaesthesia department.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
Conduct pre-anaesthetic assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans.
Administer anesthesia medications and monitor patients during surgery.
Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in anaesthesiology and implement new techniques as needed.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of anaesthetic principles, practices, and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
