Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care as a senior resident in surgical oncology, ensuring excellent clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Assist consultants and other junior residents in performing complex surgeries, procedures, and rounds.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various types of cancers.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care across departments.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBBS degree from an Indian institute of repute followed by MS/DNB (General Surgery).
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in General Surgery/Surgical Oncology or related field.
Strong knowledge of cancer diagnosis, staging, and management; proficiency in laparoscopic surgery techniques preferred.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
