Senior Research Investigator - Synthetic Chemistry

Role Requirements: Ph.D. degree and or post-Doctoral research with a minimum of 3 years of CRO experience with excellent communication skills is preferred. The candidate should manage a team of 7-12 FTEs and capable of designing scheme, troubleshoot, problem solve independently, and execute high-profile project. The person should be flexible working shifts as per the organizational policy. The candidate should be excellent in cross functional teamwork and excellent in customer engagement. Technical/functional Skills: The candidate should have excellent knowledge of modern synthetic methodology including asymmetric synthesis, heterocyclic chemistry, catalysis and the reaction mechanism is expected. Should be expert in synthetic problem solving/troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills including face to face and virtual interactions with team and clients. Must have exceptional Presentation skills. The candidate should maintain an accurate scientific notebook, draft concise written reports for publications. Managerial Skills: Expertise in handling multiple collaborations. Demonstrated in handling a team size of 7-12 FTEs Worked effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Efficient Lab management skills The Leader must demonstrate the essential qualities of People Management.
