Senior Research Associate

Major Purpose of the Job: - To develop cost effective and robust process of API. - To manage lab activity as per current GLP guideline. Principal Tasks and Responsibilities: - To develop chemical process which is having least hazardous chemicals and cost effective process of API in lab and the technology to be transferred at plant scale. - To check the proof of concept of selected synthetic route. - To plan the experiments, execution of experiments and record in Lab Note Book. - Prepare standard samples for KSM, Intermediates, Impurities and Finish products. - To do characterization and identification of finished product, impurities and intermediates. - To transfer the technology from lab to plant. - Sample preparation for stability studies, analytical method validation, marketing requirement. - Understand current process and identify areas of improvement - Cost reduction exercise of existing molecule. - Demonstration of lab and plant validation. - Write-up day to day experiments on laboratory note book. - Preparation of analytical data summary and daily experiment summary. - To coordinate with cross-functional for ongoing projects.
