Job Description

As a Senior Reporting Specialist at Gallagher Center of Excellence in the GBS Marketing process under the GCOE Business Enablement division, you will play a crucial role in preparing and analyzing complex business reports using GBS MKTG CRM and BI systems. Your contributions will directly impact strategic decision-making by providing clear and actionable insights to the management team. Here's how you can make an impact: Responsibilities: - Lead the creation, maintenance, and distribution of key business reports, encompassing operational, financial, and performance metrics. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement, and effectively communicate findings to the management team. - Develop automated reporting processes and dashboards to enhance efficiency and minimize manual reporting tasks. - Collaborate with business leaders and departments to understand reporting needs and customize reports to align with business objectives. - Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on business progress and achievements. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior reporting specialists, assisting them in generating complex reports and analyzing data accurately. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to internal reporting standards and best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field. - 4-6 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, or business intelligence. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau. - Demonstrated track record of delivering timely and accurate strategic reports and dashboards. - Ability to derive quality and actionable insights from data analysis, facilitating informed business decisions. - Experience in streamlining reporting processes through automation and error reduction. - Strong interpersonal skills to mentor and develop junior team members. - Stakeholder satisfaction with reports and data insights.
