Job Description

Recruitment Process Management: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels to find qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and talent pools. Develop strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants. Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and expectations. Job Posting & Advertisements: Post open positions on various platforms, including job boards, career pages, and social media, ensuring that job descriptions are accurate and compelling.
