Senior Real Estate Accountant

You will be joining Relay Human Cloud, a young and dynamic company that assists top US-based companies in expanding their teams internationally. The founders have a track record of delivering high-quality operations in cutting-edge companies throughout their careers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and review monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules for multiple entities. - Assist in preparing annual budgets and conducting variance analysis. - Compile documentation and reporting packages for external parties such as CPAs, lenders, insurance agents, and property tax groups. - Manage the construction draw process, tracking tenant improvement and capital expenditure costs. - Coordinate with accounting staff on insurance renewals, tax filings, and compliance reporting. - Perform ad hoc financial analyses and special projects to support the accounting and finance team. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred. - 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi) and Microsoft Excel. - Strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
