Senior React.JS Developer

As a Senior React Lead at ATeam Soft Solutions, Technopark, you will be responsible for leading impactful projects and building next-gen web applications using your technical expertise in ReactJS/Next.js along with strong Project Management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design, development & deployment of complex web apps using React.js & Next.js - Provide technical leadership & mentorship to front-end teams - Drive project planning, execution & delivery within timelines & quality standards - Collaborate with product owners, designers & backend teams for seamless solutions - Conduct code reviews & enforce best practices - Implement GraphQL, React Query & WebSockets for real-time, scalable solutions - Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies Required Technical Skills: - Deep expertise in React.js & Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes) - Strong in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS - Proficient in Redux / Zustand for state management - Experience with GraphQL & React Query - Hands-on with WebSockets/real-time communication - Solid knowledge of build tools (Webpack/Vite), Git workflows Leadership & PM Skills: - Proven project leadership & team mentoring experience - Strong communication & problem-solving skills - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Nice to Have: - TypeScript, Testing Frameworks (Jest, Cypress), Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), GraphQL Subscriptions If you are passionate about leading projects, have a strong technical background in React.js/Next.js, and possess project management expertise, we encourage you to apply for this Full-time, Permanent position in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
