Mandatory Skills:

Minimum
4 years of hands-on experience in React JS
Minimum
4 years of hands-on experience in

Redux
for state management
Minimum
4 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES6+)
Minimum 2
years of hands-on experience in

TypeScript
Minimum
1 year experience in React Native preferred
Good understanding of component-driven architecture and reusable UI components
Proficient in RESTful API integration and web performance optimization

Preferred / Good to Have:

Experience in
Banking, Finance, or Fintech projects
Familiarity with testing tools like
Jest

Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design best practices
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodology
