Senior React Developer (MERN Stack)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and a proven track record of building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on development experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build reusable, efficient, and high-performing React.js components with clean code practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive UI/UX design.
• Implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL where required.
• Manage and maintain databases (MongoDB), ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding best practices within the team.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Work with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP) for deployment and scaling.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional web development experience, with a strong focus on React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of state management (Redux, Context API, or similar).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
• Solid knowledge of database design and query optimization in MongoDB.
• Experience with unit testing (Jest, Mocha, Enzyme, Cypress, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
