Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and a proven track record of building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on development experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Build reusable, efficient, and high-performing React.js components with clean code practices. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive UI/UX design. Implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL where required. Manage and maintain databases (MongoDB), ensuring data integrity and performance. Perform code reviews and enforce coding best practices within the team. Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. Work with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP) for deployment and scaling. Requirements: 5+ years of professional web development experience, with a strong focus on React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Strong understanding of state management (Redux, Context API, or similar). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles. Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs. Solid knowledge of database design and query optimization in MongoDB. Experience with unit testing (Jest, Mocha, Enzyme, Cypress, etc.). Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Strong communication and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
