Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and rate analysis.
Handle subcontractor billing, work orders, and material reconciliation.
Monitor project budgets and cost control measures.
Coordinate with site, design, and procurement teams.
Ensure timely billing and accurate quantity take-offs.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
5years+ of experience in residential projects.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Kannada language preferred.
