Senior Quality Assurance

Description We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software through robust test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and automation testing with a proven track record of working in Agile environments. Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks and automation strategy . Design, script, and execute automated test cases across different platforms. Maintain and update regression and smoke test suites in collaboration with Scrum teams. Analyze daily smoke and nightly regression test results to ensure stability. Link manual test cases from TestRail to automated scripts using TestComplete . Create, manage, and optimize automation packs and frameworks. Continuously identify and implement opportunities to optimize test scripts . Conduct peer reviews for test automation code and ensure code quality. Document and maintain end-to-end automation processes and standards. Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and QA teams. Drive automation best practices and mentor other QA engineers. Key Requirements Strong understanding of STLC and Agile methodologies . Hands-on experience with: SmartBear TestComplete Selenium (IDE, WebDriver, Grid) TestRail API testing tools Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps . Proficient in programming with C# (preferred) , also comfortable with Java and Python . Experience in: Version control systems (Git, SVN, CVS) Visual Studio and test development tools Working with Excel, Databases, and File Handling Exposure to tools like Appium , Ranorex , etc. Strong foundation in OOP concepts , test design, and test data management. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills . Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse QA team . Nice to Have Advanced ISTQB certification.
