Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

As a successful Tech Lead, Quality Assurance Engineer with .Net programming language at Fiserv, you play a pivotal role in delivering reliable, high-quality financial services technology. Your focus is on ensuring that products meet high standards of functionality, reliability, and performance to help clients provide dependable services to their customers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and performance of Fiserv products. - Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts. - Collaborate with software developers and product managers to identify test requirements, design test strategies, and troubleshoot issues. - Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. - Monitor testing processes to ensure timely software releases of high quality. - Document and report defects, working with developers to resolve them. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance testing practices. Qualifications Required: - BE, BTech, or MCA and/or equivalent military experience. - 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. - 6+ years of experience in automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar. - 8+ years of experience with various testing methodologies and types of testing (functional, non-functional, regression, etc.). - 6+ years of experience in .Net programming language and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript. Additional Details: It would be great to have: - 7+ years of experience in performance and load testing using tools like Selenium. - 6+ years of experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins or Travis CI. - 6+ years of experience with API testing tools, e.g., Postman, SoapUI. - 6+ years of experience with version control systems like Git. - ISTQB Certification in the relevant domain.,
