Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (Automation)

As a Senior QA Engineer at AKQA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects are delivered to specification and quality goals by utilizing tools, frameworks, and programmatic techniques. Embracing new challenges and constantly seeking ways to enhance clients" deliverables will be a part of your daily routine. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute manual test cases and scripts for products under development using test management/tracking tools. - Implement QA automation using code-based frameworks like Cypress/Playwright and codeless automation tools such as Ghost Inspector. - Test web services/APIs using tools like Postman and emails using Litmus/Email On Acid. - Conduct NFR testing in areas such as Security, Load, and Performance using tools like JMeter, Load Runner, and OWASP. - Integrate QA automation/NFR scripts with DevOps tools like Jenkins/Teamcity. - Utilize CMS systems such as AEM & Contentful in technology solutions. - Utilize QA Cloud/SaaS platforms like Applitools/Saucelabs/BrowserStack. - Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities for small to medium complexity projects. - Create detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements. - Perform web accessibility testing and client-side performance testing. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in applying tools, frameworks, and programmatic techniques. - Experience with manual testing, QA automation, and testing web services/APIs. - Proficiency in tools like Cypress, Playwright, Ghost Inspector, Postman, JMeter, Load Runner, and OWASP. - Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins/Teamcity and QA Cloud/SaaS platforms. - Ability to estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities. - Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing environments. - Proactive learner with a passion for quality and teamwork.
