Senior Quality Analyst / Team Lead

Role Overview: As a QA Tester at Innofied, your main responsibility will be to review project requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to generate test plans. You will create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for manual and automation testing of web applications and mobile applications. Additionally, you will estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities, and design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools. Key Responsibilities: - Review project requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to generate test plans. - Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. - Perform manual and automation testing of web applications and mobile applications. - Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. - Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools. - Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs. - Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. - Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet quality standards. - Liaise with internal teams to identify project requirements and functionalities. - Monitor debugging process results. Qualifications Required: - Experience in manual and automation testing. - UX and Customer web application and mobile app testing experience required. - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Strong desire to learn and share knowledge with others. - Effective communication skills with clients at technical and functional levels. - Problem-solving skills and good decision-making abilities. - Experience in working with an Agile development process is preferred. - Good knowledge of at least one defect management and tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, Mantis, Rally, BugHost, Asana, Assembla, Trello, BugTracker, Google Docs, MS Excel etc. - Company Details: Innofied promotes a high-energy workplace culture where everyone is passionate about crafting world-class tech products.
