Key Responsibilities:
New Loan Setup:
- Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter loan details into the loan management system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Prepare and distribute loan setup reports to relevant stakeholders
• Commercial Quality Control (QC):
- Conduct quality control checks on new loan setups to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in loan documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of QC findings and corrective actions taken.
- Provide feedback and training to team members to improve loan setup processes.
• Syndication Loan Management:
- Coordinate with syndication partners to facilitate loan syndication processes.
- Manage the lifecycle of syndicated loans, including drawdowns, renewals, and interest payments.
- Prepare and distribute syndication loan reports to syndication partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with syndication agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for syndication partners and address any queries or issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial loan operations or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation, regulatory requirements, and syndication processes.
- Proficiency in loan management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LoanIQ or similar loan management systems.
- Knowledge of US Syndication Loans and Fixed Income products.
