Job Description

Summary:

We re looking for a highly experienced Senior Python Developer to design and build scalable backend services and APIs using Python, Flask/FastAPI, and modern databases.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs.
Optimize performance, scalability, and security.
Work with MongoDB and SQL (schema design, tuning, complex queries).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and review code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems.

Requirements:

9+ years of backend experience with Python 3.
Strong hands-on experience with Flask or FastAPI.
Experience in multi-threaded applications.
Solid REST API development background.
Strong SQL skills; MongoDB preferred.
Experience with Docker, containers, and microservices.
Understanding of SDLC and agile practices.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Azure.

Nice to Have:

Experience with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
