Position Overview

Senior Python Developer

This role will involve designing and implementing robust, modular services, integrating AI-driven workflows, and mentoring junior developers while collaborating closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:

  5+ years of professional Python development experience.

• AI Frameworks:

  Hands-on experience with

  LangChain

  ,

  LangGraph

  , and integrating LLM-based pipelines.

• MCP Knowledge:

  Understanding and practical application of

  Model Context Protocol

  for building interoperable AI tools and workflows.

• Backend Expertise:

  Strong understanding of REST APIs, FastAPI/Django/Flask, and microservice architecture.

• Data Handling:

  Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data processing pipelines.

• Version Control:

  Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Testing & CI/CD:

  Solid understanding of test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Python.
• Architect modular and scalable solutions for AI-driven applications.
• Optimize performance for large-scale data processing and AI inference workflows.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and review practices.

2. AI & Automation Framework Integration

• Build and integrate AI agents and tools using

  LangChain

  for LLM-powered workflows.
• Develop dynamic graph-based execution pipelines using

  LangGraph

  .
• Implement secure and structured integrations using

  Model Context Protocol (MCP)

  for enhanced AI communication and interoperability.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and ML engineers to deploy models into production.

3. Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including AI, data engineering, and DevOps.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and sprint planning.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in AI orchestration and automation.
• Propose innovative solutions for scaling AI-driven systems.
• Advocate for best practices in clean code, testing, and observability.

Educational Background

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
