?Build and enhance test automation frameworks (PyTest, Robot Framework, or similar)
?Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing
?Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers for resolution
?Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation
?Mentor junior QA engineers and review automation code
?Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
?Strong debugging and analytical skills
?Excellent communication and collaboration skills
?Knowledge of database testing (SQL/NoSQL)
