Job Description

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your role involves selling properties to prospective customers by understanding their needs and financial abilities. You will be responsible for generating revenue for the company by ensuring client visits on weekends and closing deals effectively. Prospect leads will be provided by the company to support you in this process. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct client visits on weekends and showcase properties - Close deals efficiently to meet sales targets - Determine clients" needs and financial abilities to offer suitable property solutions - Utilize provided leads effectively to maximize sales opportunities Qualifications Required: - Minimum experience in real estate: Freshers or 6 months and above - Educational qualification: Graduate/MBA or Masters in any field - Possession of a two-wheeler is compulsory for client visits The company offers the following benefits: - Provident Fund - Performance bonus and quarterly bonus based on sales achievements Please note that this is a full-time position with a fixed day shift schedule.
