Role Description
The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of protected-cultivation infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure projects meet technical specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scope, creating detailed schedules, overseeing procurement, expediting materials, and managing logistics for nationwide installations. The Senior Project Manager will supervise inspections at key project milestones, mitigate risks, resolve operational issues, and maintain clear documentation and reporting. The role also includes mentoring project staff, driving process improvements, and supporting continuous enhancement of engineering and execution practices.
Qualifications

Strong project leadership, with demonstrated Project Management experience in engineering, construction, or industrial infrastructure.

Hands-on experience as an Expeditor, including Expediting activities to track and accelerate procurement, fabrication, and delivery milestones.

Exposure to Inspection processes, with the ability to coordinate quality checks, site inspections, and compliance with technical specifications.

Logistics Management skills to plan, organize, and oversee movement of materials and equipment to multiple project sites across India.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field; advanced certification in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.

Proficiency in project planning tools, documentation, and reporting, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with research institutions, vendors, and field teams.

Experience in agricultural infrastructure, protected cultivation, or similar sectors is highly beneficial, along with willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
