Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead our industrial construction projects across Maharashtra. You will take complete, end-to-end ownership ("bottom to top") of projects—from initial site mobilization and foundation work all the way through to final handover, ensuring strict adherence to in-time delivery and premium quality standards.The ideal candidate must bring a minimum of 5 years of dedicated industrial construction experience, with a proven track record of independently handling Civil, Pre-Engineered Building (PEB), and Turnkey projects.Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage the entire project lifecycle from groundbreaking ("bottom") to successful client sign-off and final handover ("top").
• Timeline & Delivery Management: Develop and enforce strict micro-schedules to ensure all project milestones are met in-time, proactively resolving site bottlenecks.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control protocols for both civil concrete works and PEB structural alignments, ensuring zero-defect handovers.
• PEB & Civil Coordination: Oversee heavy civil foundations, industrial flooring, structural steel fabrication, and PEB erection on-site.
• Vendor & Billing Management: Supervise local subcontractors, coordinate material deliveries, verify contractor measurement sheets (MB), and manage project billing cycles.
• Liaison & Reporting: Act as the primary bridge between the corporate office, site engineers, clients, and consultants.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of active experience in managing industrial construction sites (factories, warehouses, manufacturing units).
• Technical Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience executing:
• Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB): Erection, alignment, roofing, and cladding.
• Civil Works: Deep foundations, RCC structures, heavy equipment foundations, and VDF/FM2 industrial flooring.
• Turnkey Projects: Comprehensive delivery including basic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) integration.
• Location & Language: Based in Maharashtra with a strong understanding of local vendor networks and working dynamics. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is highly preferred.
• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
