Looking for A senior Project Architect to handle projects from design to handover
Detail Role and Responsibility;1. Candidate must be able to cooordinate and manage all aspects of the project.Understand statutory compliances and must followup with various agencies and clients to ensure site compliance and approvals. 2.Candidate must have good knowledge of Civil construction, MEP and structural design 3. Work experience of minimum 5-6 years in the industry4. Must be dynamic and pro active in dealing with consultants and ensuring smooth functioning of pre-construction and construction activities
Minimum 5-6 experience in making working drawings and coordination. Must have knowledge of Autocad and MS office. Knowledge of revit preferred
