Senior Program Analyst - IT

As a member of the team at WNS (Holdings) Limited, your role will involve designing, building, and deploying automation workflows using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows). You will be responsible for developing custom Python scripts to handle automation tasks such as data processing, file handling, and API integrations. Additionally, you will integrate Power Automate flows with various business applications such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Dynamics. Your contribution will also include enhancing automation with AI/ML models for tasks like document extraction, sentiment analysis, and chatbot integrations. It will be essential for you to debug, test, and maintain automation solutions to ensure their reliability and scalability. Collaboration with business users to gather requirements and translate them into automated workflows will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be required to prepare documentation for flows, scripts, and integration processes. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field. - Experience: 1 year of professional experience in automation or related roles. - Core Skills: - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (cloud & desktop). - Strong Python scripting skills for automation and API integration. - Knowledge of REST APIs and connecting different systems.,
