Job Description

As a Senior Product Specialist at our company, your role will involve creating decks with narratives to introduce new enhancements and functionalities to both internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the Product Development team and roadmap owners to understand the functionality of new features, identify added value, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the perceived value for clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for modeling pricing structures related to new enhancements to assess customer impact, revenue implications, and economic effects. Your analytical skills will be crucial in analyzing the operational impact of new enhancements and features, including understanding how pricing changes may affect the billing process and necessitate adjustments to billing rules. You will also need to comprehend the operational impacts of product commercialization and identify any necessary actions for other teams.
