Senior Product Manager, Roblox Operating System

As a Product Manager at Roblox, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of human interaction and contributing to the mission of connecting a billion people with optimism and civility. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with data engineering and product engineering teams in India to build integrated analytics tooling, develop cross-functional data visualization and reporting capabilities, and implement advanced insights extraction methodologies. Additionally, you will work on developing self-service data exploration tools and integrating data analytics capabilities into the Roblox operating system. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with data engineering and product engineering teams to build integrated analytics tooling. - Develop cross-functional data visualization and reporting capabilities. - Implement advanced insights extraction methodologies. - Develop self-service data exploration tools. - Ensure seamless data flow across organizational platforms. - Implement cutting-edge data infrastructure solutions. - Build a scalable data registry to govern data across all of ROS. - Partner with Data Scientists to transform data into actionable insights. - Contribute to achieving key outcomes such as reducing data access request resolution time by 60% and increasing self-service data exploration adoption by 75%. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field. - 8+ years of product management experience, focusing on data platforms, analytics, or developer tools. - Strong understanding of data infrastructure, data warehousing, and ETL processes. - Proven ability to define product scope in ambiguous environments. - Experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
