Senior Product Designer – Supply Chain Operations

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)6 month contract (Extendable)

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to transform complex supply chain operations into streamlined, user-friendly platforms. Supply chains are made up of countless moving partsinventory management, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and real-time tracking. Your role will be to design the systems that make these operations run more smoothly, ensuring that business teams can scale without friction.

What Youll Do

• Lead the design of operational dashboards, workflow tools, and reporting systems.
• Map end-to-end supply chain processes and identify pain points where design can make a measurable impact.
• Partner with operations leaders to understand real-world bottlenecks.
• Prototype and test solutions that simplify tasks like scheduling, routing, and performance monitoring.
• Create designs that balance user needs with business priorities and technical constraints.
• Contribute to a design system that supports scalable supply chain solutions.
  

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of product design experience with strong exposure to enterprise or workflow-heavy platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguous, complex challenges.
• Experience designing for data-heavy or operational use cases.
• Strong collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
