Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (Full-stack) with deep expertise spanning UX Research, Interaction Design, and high-fidelity UI execution. In this role, you will take complete end-to-end ownership of major areas within our digital lending ecosystem.A core focus of this position will be treating AI as a design material—figuring out how intelligent features show up in the interface, how they build user trust, and how they seamlessly support human decision-making without overwhelming the user. You will design elegant, simple, and human-centric solutions for complex financial workflows, building habit-forming products for millions of individual users and small businesses across India.

Required Candidate ProfileMust-Have Experience & Skills:

• Product Background: Minimum 5+ years of total professional product design experience, with at least the last 3+ years spent directly in a product-based company (B2C or B2B product environments; agency-only backgrounds will not match our criteria).
• Full-Stack Design Depth: Proven track record of owning projects start-to-finish. You must be hands-on with discovery, user research, wireframing, motion/interaction design, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Portfolio Requirement: A link to a digital portfolio hosted on Notion, Medium, or a personal website featuring deep, comprehensive case studies showing your process. (Note: Dribbble/Behance-only portfolios are not acceptable).
• Design Tools: Mastery of Figma (including advanced prototyping, component architecture, and developer handoff practices).
• Work Stability: A stable career trajectory with no pattern of frequent short-term job-hopping (maximum of 1 quick transition is acceptable if your other stints are 1+ year minimum).
• Logistics: Must be based in or willing to relocate immediately to Bengaluru and work from our office 5 days a week. Must also be available for face-to-face final interview rounds in Bengaluru.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior design experience within the Fintech or Digital Lending domains.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
• A strong conceptual understanding of front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) to smooth out engineering handoffs.
• Higher education or a specialized degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,550,000.00 per year
