Design retail’s next chapter at one of India’s fastest-growing jewelry brands.

We treats retail as a tech problem. Our consumer site, store software, and internal business tools are all built in-house, and design shapes how customers and teams experience every one of them. Following our 2025 public listing, we’re growing the design team.

The role

Own a product line end to end, from understanding the user to final UI and implementation. Depending on the line, you’ll design for jewelry shoppers, store teams assisting them, or internal teams running the business. You’ll shape solutions with PMs, prototype in Figma before anything is built, and work with engineers to ship it well. You’ll also mentor junior designers while staying hands-on.

What you’ll do

• Own product problems from flows and prototypes to final UI and shipped implementation
• Use research, product data, and feedback to drive design decisions
• Design within our design system and help it evolve
• Think in complete journeys, states, and edge cases, not isolated screens
• Review shipped work and iterate on real user behaviour

What we’re looking for

• 2.5+ years of product design experience, ideally at a strong product company
• A portfolio that shows the problem, your process, trade-offs, and post-launch impact
• Strong Figma skills: auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping
• Sharp visual craft and solid UX fundamentals
• Systems thinking and clear product awareness
• Confidence presenting and defending your decisions

Preferred background

• Design pedigree:

  B.Des / M.Des from NID, IDC IIT Bombay, Srishti, MIT-ID, Pearl Academy, NIFT, Symbiosis Institute of Design, or UID

• Product pedigree:

  CRED, Swiggy, Zomato, Flipkart, PhonePe, Groww, Zepto, Urban Company

• Domain:

  e-commerce, retail, B2B dashboards, or internal tools
• Design system contribution; hands-on user research and usability testing
