Senior Product/UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product/UX Designer to lead the design of our core product suite. You will focus on complex dashboards, workflow-based applications, and data-rich environments. This role requires a mastery of UX best practices, deep user empathy, and the ability to transform complex technical requirements into elegant, intuitive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design:

  Lead the design process from concept to completion, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for complex applications.

• Research & Strategy:

  Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze behavioral data (analytics, heatmaps) to identify pain points and inform design decisions.

• Design Systems:

  Establish, maintain, and document a comprehensive design system with reusable components to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Partner closely with product managers, developers, and marketing to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and brand consistency.

• Continuous Iteration:

  Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and key UX performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  5+ years of experience designing complex web applications, B2B SaaS products, or dashboard interfaces.

• Core Skills:

  Expert-level proficiency in Figma (prototyping, auto-layout, design systems) and a deep understanding of UX principles and information architecture.

• Technical Knowledge:

  Strong grasp of responsive design, WCAG accessibility standards, and a baseline understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React).

• Bonus Points:

  Experience designing data visualization tools, business intelligence dashboards, and familiarity with advanced design ops or motion design.

Portfolio Requirements

• At least 2-3 detailed case studies of complex dashboard or workflow-based applications.
• A clear breakdown of your end-to-end UX process (from research to final implementation).
• Before/after comparisons showcasing measurable improvements in usability or user satisfaction.
