Senior Product Designer

You are a Senior Product UX Designer with a strong background in FinTech, and you will be joining the team in Bangalore. Your main focus will be on simplifying complex workflows, designing user-friendly digital products, and providing impactful experiences for enterprise users. Your responsibilities will include leading the entire UX design process for FinTech and enterprise products. This involves transforming business requirements into engaging user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure user-centric solutions are delivered. Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to refine designs will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns to maintain consistency across platforms. Your input will be valuable in shaping product strategy through design insights, and you will also be mentoring junior designers to foster a strong design culture within the team. Staying informed about the latest UX/UI trends, especially in the FinTech sector, is crucial for this role. To excel in this position, you must possess a deep understanding of UX design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Your track record should demonstrate your expertise in designing FinTech applications, dashboards, and transaction-heavy systems. Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar software is essential. You should be able to create wireframes ranging from low to high fidelity, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups. Previous experience in user research, persona development, and usability testing is required. Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles is also expected.
