About The Role

We're looking for a

Senior Product Designer

who combines visual craft, product thinking, and stakeholder leadership. The role involves owning design tracks end-to-end from problem framing to high-fidelity execution and mentoring junior designers in a fast-paced growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead visual and product design for multiple growth-focused projects.
• Translate business goals and user insights into scalable, visually engaging solutions.
• Maintain high standards of craft, quality, and consistency across deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Contribute to design systems and mentor junior designers.
  

Requirements

• 46 years of experience in product design, ideally within fast-paced consumer or growth teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work with clear visual impact.
• Advanced skills in Figma, prototyping, and motion design tools.
• Proven ability to communicate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage changing scopes effectively.
