Senior Product Delivery Associate - User Acceptance Testing

Responsibilities: - Document and prepare Credit Card Test Data, Test Scripts, and Test Cases based on user journeys to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. - Collaborate with testing leads and teams to support the testing of large, cross-functional initiatives. - Design, develop, and create manual test scripts to validate the functionality of applications. - Plan and execute application testing with process owners, business and Digital product managers, and development teams. - Provide testing support for complex technology-dependent programs and projects. - Manage defects, monitor, and report on defect resolution progress. Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing within the financial services industry. - Proficiency in Automation Testing Frameworks such as UDF & Cucumber. - Familiarity with BDD/TDD and test-driven development methodologies. - Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle principles and Quality Assurance methodologies in an Agile environment. - Experience in designing functional and regression test plans and executing test scripts specific to the financial services industry. - Proficiency in conducting Mobile testing using devices and simulators like See Test, Nautilus, and maintaining Excel macros using Visual Basic Analysis. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant experience. - Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma. - Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze detailed business requirements thoroughly.
