Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the onboarding of suppliers to the Ariba Business Network, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely activation.
Utilize advanced data analysis to identify and execute catalog enablement opportunities, collaborating closely with category managers and regional leads.
Take ownership of supplier engagement, guiding them through the process of uploading, updating, and maintaining product/service catalogs.
Arrange Punchout integrations kick-off calls with the supplier and the business, and conduct end-to-end (E2E) testing to go live with punchout catalogs.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex Ariba-related queries, providing expert-level support and troubleshooting to both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Monitor and report on supplier enablement progress, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
Navigate and resolve complexities, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proactively drive process improvements and lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with procurement policies and system requirements.
Oversee testing and validation of supplier integrations and catalog updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Demonstrable, in-depth understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
Proven experience and expertise with SAP Ariba Buying and the Ariba Business Network.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects independently.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful supplier engagement.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management abilities.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
Knowledge and experience in developing and executing a wave plan for supplier onboarding and catalog enablement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
