Senior Process Specialist - Trainer - Finance and Accounts

As a Senior Process Specialist in Finance & Accounts - Trainer at Nexdigm, your primary role will be to identify training needs, develop training programs, and conduct training sessions to groom employees for their career advancement. You will be responsible for creating training materials, delivering courses, and evaluating the effectiveness of ongoing programs. Your focus will be on staying updated with industry trends and tools to ensure high-quality training sessions. - Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of employees - Translate requirements into training programs to prepare employees for career growth - Build an annual training program and prepare monthly teaching plans - Develop classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals covering the latest updates and process changes - Conduct orientation and process sessions for new hires - Deliver training courses and monitor their quality results - Evaluate ongoing programs periodically to incorporate any necessary changes - Stay informed about new trends and tools in the industry Qualifications Required: - Strong accounting domain knowledge with 4 to 6 years of prior training experience - Experience in designing training events for AP, AR, GL processes in a corporate setting - Proficiency in mastering the full training cycle - Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques - Knowledge of talent management and providing feedback to trainees for succession planning - Ability to simplify complex information for different audiences If you believe in the value of people as the most valuable asset, Nexdigm welcomes you to be part of the team!,
