Senior Process Executive

You are invited to join as a Senior Process Executive for US Mortgage at our Mangalore location. As a Senior Process Executive, you will be responsible for delivering on day-to-day process targets to meet Customer SLAs. Your role will involve working according to the provided client shift timings and following the established governance mechanism. Your key responsibilities will include executing transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications and be willing to work in business-aligned shifts. You should also be open to accepting changes in work methods or systems to enhance performance beyond agreed standards. Having knowledge of the Mortgage domain will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask, work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and uphold a commitment to accuracy and timeliness. You should be capable of adhering to policies, procedures, and instructions while maintaining confidentiality. A bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or business management is preferred, along with 1-2 years of full-time work experience in the BPO/BPM industry, especially in the Mortgage domain. This position requires working in a structured office environment, and the shift timing is 24*7 on a rotational basis. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication in this role.
