Senior Process Associate - Enterprise Data Management

As a Senior Process Associate - Enterprise Data Management at our Mohali location in Punjab, India, your primary responsibility will be to validate and maintain master data records in compliance with business rules and standards using SAP MDG. You will play a crucial role in timely handling and resolution of IDOCs, as well as supporting Data Cleansing and Quality initiatives alongside the Domain Lead/Service Delivery team. In this role, you will serve as a Data Custodian for Material, Customer, and Supplier data types, collaborating with assigned stakeholders from the Business/Region. Your key accountabilities will include executing master data maintenance, assisting in driving Data Quality programs, validating data against business rules, and providing first-level support, training, and communication to Region stakeholders. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong understanding of SAP master data tables, fields, and SAP MDG, along with knowledge of Data Management processes and the impact of Master Data on transactional processing. Additionally, you are expected to have experience in managing Master Data Management processes, working with SAP MDG or SAP MDM, and engaging directly with business clients. Your educational background should ideally include a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, B.Tech, or certification in SAP Material Management. With at least 1-2 years of data management experience and a year of working experience in SAP MDG or SAP MDM, you should be capable of thriving in a virtual team environment that operates across distances, cultures, and time zones.
