The Opportunity

Success in the cloud is one of Atlassian's top strategic priorities. As a Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Fastshift, our flagship program dedicated to migrating customers from Data Center (DC) environments to the cloud. You'll help customers seamlessly adopt Atlassian's full suite of cloud offerings, tackling some of the most complex technical challenges in the industry-including legacy setups, third-party integrations, security, privacy, and performance.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Atlassian's cloud platform. You'll drive the development of scalable backend platforms and intuitive self-service portals, ensuring a frictionless migration experience for our customers. You'll also define how customers can leverage AI to boost productivity, championing the adoption of Atlassian's AI-powered products.
