Senior Principal Consultant, Senior Data Architect

We are looking for a Senior Principal Consultant, Senior Data Architect to join our team! Responsibilities: - Manage programs and ensure the integration and implementation of program elements according to the agreed schedule with quality deliverables. - Lead and guide the development team on ETL architecture. - Collaborate closely with customer architects, business, and technical stakeholders to build trust and establish credibility. - Provide insights on customer direction to guide them towards optimal outcomes. - Address client technical issues, articulate understanding, and offer solutions in AWS Cloud and Big Data Domains. - Build the infrastructure for efficient extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources using SQL and AWS "Big data" technologies. - Analyze the existing technology landscape and current application workloads. - Design and architect solutions with scalability, operational completion, and elasticity in mind. - Hands-on experience in building Java applications. - Optimize Spark applications running on Hadoop EMR clusters for performance. - Develop architecture blueprints, detailed documentation, and bill of materials, including required Cloud Services. - Collaborate with various teams to drive business growth and customer success. - Lead strategic pre-sales engagements with larger, more complex customers. - Engage and communicate proactively to align internal and external customer expectations. - Drive key strategic opportunities with top customers in partnership with sales and delivery teams. - Maintain customer relationships through proactive pre-sales engagements. - Lead workshops to identify customer needs and challenges. - Create and present services responses, proposals, and roadmaps to meet customer objectives. - Lead presales, solutioning, estimations, and POC preparation. - Mentor team members and build reusable solution frameworks and components. - Head complex ETL requirements, design, and implementation. - Ensure client satisfaction with product by developing architectural requirements. - Develop project plans, identify resource requirements, and assure code quality. - Shape and enhance ETL architecture, recommend improvements, and resolve design issues. Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: - Engineering Degree or equivalent. - Relevant work experience. - Hands-on experience in ETL/BI tools like Talend, SSIS, Abinitio, Informatica. - Experience with Cloud Technologies such as AWS, Databricks, Airflow. Preferred Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in consulting roles within a technology company. - Ability to articulate technical solutions clearly to different stakeholders. - Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively. - Willingness to travel occasionally.
