Job Description

Role Overview: In this role, you will serve as the technical authority on Oracle's OSM platform, providing expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle and ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Oracle OSM solutions according to business requirements - Create and modify OSM Order and Process models using OSM Studio or Design Studio - Develop automation solutions using OSM cartridges, XQuery, XSLT, and Java - Implement OSM data structures, composite cartridges, and process orchestrations - Configure OSM order lifecycle policies, decomposition rules, and fallout management processes - Integrate OSM with other systems such as Siebel, Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management, and service activation systems - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation - Troubleshoot and resolve complex OSM-related issues - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment - Mentor junior developers on OSM development practices - Rich exposure to Oracle RODOD & RSDOD architecture, OSM reference cartridge implementation & integration with other BSS/OSS applications - Knowledgeable in the latest eTOM-based models and processes for the Telco industry Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 8+ years of experience in Oracle OSM development - Strong knowledge of OSM architecture, cartridge development, and order management concepts - Proficiency in XQuery, XSLT, XML, Java, and SQL - Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administration - Familiarity with SOA principles and integration patterns - Strong understanding of telecommunications order management processes - Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and collaboration abilities Additional Company Details: As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow's technology to tackle today's challenges.
